Day 18 of 60 Days to 60 Years
Resurrection Catholic Parish
1963-2023
We are Resurrection Catholic Parish;
the living body of Christ.
We are called and challenged
to live a prayer-filled life,
heal a broken world,
share our timeless stories,
and act with a servant’s heart.
We are called to be the love of Jesus;
welcoming and loving all God’s people all the time.
60 Years of Memories
Special and Sacred Memories
By Sr. Helen Plum, SSND
Congratulations, Res, on 60 years!
Guiding, and especially praying with, the numerous persons I walked with through the RCIA process is a special and sacred memory of my nine years of ministry at Resurrection. A special joy is to see former candidates now serving in various ministries in the parish or wider community.
May Christ continue to be visible in the lives of parishioners! All are remembered fondly and gratefully in my daily prayer.
Sr. Helen Plum became a member of Resurrection Parish in 1988.
Haikus
Members of the 2023 Resurrection confirmation class and their sponsors wrote haikus as part of their preparations to receive the sacrament.
Lord God pray for her.
Guide her in the way of Christ.
Bring her close to God.
